The cruel are given temporary respite
Sayyiduna Shaykh Muhammad bin Isma'il Bukhari has reported in Sahih al-Bukhari Sayyiduna Abu Musa Ash'ari narrated that the Holy Prophet said, 'Verily, Allah gives respite to the cruel, until, when He grabs him, then He does not release him.' After saying this, the Holy Prophet recited verse 102 of Surah Hud of chapter 12:
"And similar is the seizure of your Rab when He seizes the townships upon their injustice; indeed His seizure is painful, severe. (Kanz-ul-iman (Translation of Quran) (Part 12, Sarah hud, Verse 102; Bukhari, vol. 3, 247,Hadis 4686)
